Presentations have been carefully organised in strands in the program in a way that we hope you will find is focused and helpful for you in following your interests. Of these a total of 405 oral papers, posters, and workshops were carefully selected by means of an elaborate review process that involved 23 international reviewers. The theme of the conference, Language Teaching and Learning in a Globalized World, has encouraged a large number of colleagues to submit over 500 proposals for papers, posters and workshops. In this conference, we have the pleasure to welcome delegates from 30 countries around the world making this event truly international.
